The subsidiary company TBS GB set up a branch in Dubai in order to promote the Group's activities in the Gulf region.

An agreement has been signed with the Ministry of Health of the Gabonese Republic for the centralised management of clinical engineering services.

TBS Group, a company specialised in the provision of clinical engineering and ICT services, has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Gabonese Republic (Central Africa). The agreement is part of the African country's National Health Development Plan (PNDS – Plan national de développement sanitaire), designed to provide nationwide maintenance services for biomedical equipment.

The TBS Group announces that on May 31, 2012 its subsidiary Insiel Mercato S.p.A., a company concerned with information technology for healthcare and public administration at the national level, signed an agreement to purchase the Medical division of HiWeb S.r.l., a provider of information technology services for healthcare and public administration.
