According to the AIM Italia Rules for Companies, TBS Group has defined the following calendar of the main company's events for 2013:

• on March 28, 2013: Board of Directors for the approval of draft 2012 Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements
• on April 30, 2013 (1° Call): Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of 2012 Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements
• on August 27, 2013: Board of Directors for the approval of half-year Financial Statements as at June 30, 2013
