Mr. Bravar was born in Pola on 9 September 1948.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Trieste.

From 1975 to 1978 he worked as testing engineer in the multinational company GTE of Milan.
From 1978 to 1994 he worked as Manager of the Clinical Engineering Department at the Public Hospital of Trieste.
In 1995, he became General Director of the Company and the following year he became Managing Director.
In 1999, Mr. Bravar became Chairman of the Company.

Furthermore, from the year 1978 Mr. Bravar has held various teaching positions in the Medicine and Engineering faculties of the University of Trieste.
He was director of the Special Programme of the Ministry of Healthcare, awarded to the Hospital CREAS IFC of CNR.
In addition, he was a member of the CNR-PNR "New Medical Engineering" Commission and of the inter-ministerial aerospace work, direction and coordination group.
He collaborated in the drafting of more than forty scientific publications, and attended, as speaker, many conferences both in Italy and abroad, on the clinical engineering sector and on ancillary services of medical systems.

Mr. Faltoni was born in Arezzo, Italy, on 28 August 1955. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence.

Since 1985, he is director of Erre Effe Informatica S.r.l, a company operating in the project and IT products development for the healthcare sector. From 1980 to 1987, he was in charge of the Biomedical Business Unit of Saitron S.p.A. From 1987 to 2003, he was General Manager and Technical Director of EBM. From 2004 to 2008, he was Managing Director and General Manager of EBM. Since 2009, he is Managing Director of TBS Group for the Medical Equipment and Devices Business Unit Italy and of EBM.

Furthermore, Mr. Faltoni is a member of a number of different market sector associations, amongst which: AIIC Associazione Italiana Ingegneri Clinici and ANIE Associazione elettromedicali. Since 2007, he is President of the Telemedicine and Medical Services association and a member of the Managing Committee of the Assobiomedica Federation.

Mr. Pangher was born in Trieste, Italy, on 15 November 1967. He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Trieste and a PhD in Physics from the Technische Universität of Berlin. From 1995, he has held various management positions in the Group's Research & Development and Business Development departments. In 2005, he became Head of e-Health Operations and is currently Managing Director of the controlled company Tesan. He is director of TBS Group and Director of some of the other companies controlled by the Group. During the course of his career, Mr. Pangher has also held a number of teaching positions. He was vice-President of the Association of Industrialists of Trieste.

Was born in Trieste, Italy, on 18 August 1963. Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Trieste.

For four years he carried out research and development activities for Sincrotrone Trieste S.p.A. From 1993 to 2005, held a number of offices in the Group, in the e-Health Business Unit and Clinical Engineering Services Business Unit. From 2005 al 2007, was Managing Director of the controlled company PCS in Austria. Since 2007 to date, he holds the office of Technical Operations Director of the Group. Since 2009, he holds is the Manager of e-Health Systems and Solutions Business Unit , and, ad interim, Technical Operations Director of the Group.

He carries out various teaching activities in the Engineering Faculty of the University of Trieste. He has collaborated in the drafting of a number of scientific publications and participates as lecturer in a number of international conferences on medical IT and technological innovations in the social healthcare sector.

Was born in Asola (MN), Italy, on 20 August 1946. Degree in Political Sciences from the Public University of Milan.

From 1972 to 1977, Assistant Professor in Economic History at the Public University of Milan. From 1976 to 1979, Finance Area Manager in Europe and Africa of Fiat Allis Torino. From 1980 to 1987, Export Manager of Thomson CGR, in Monza and Paris. From 1988 to 1989, General Manager of GE Medical Systems in the Middle East and Africa. From 1990 to 1992, Sales and Service General Manager of GE Medical Systems in Spain. From 1992 to 1993, Chief Executive of GE Medical System Iberia. From 1993 to 1999, held the office of Managing Director of Kontron Instruments S.p.A., an international company which manufacturers and sells biomedical and bioanalytical equipment.

From 1999 to 2002, held the office of General Manager of the "Centro Cardiologico Monzino", IRCCS, premises of the cardiology and cardio-surgery department of the University of Milan. From 1999 to 2004, General Manager of GE.DO.SAN. Since 2004, a member of the management of TBS Group as International Operations General Manager. He is director of many Italian and foreign Group companies.

From 2012 he is also Corporate Sales Manager (acting).

Was born in Udine, Italy, on 26 April 1965. Degree in Economics from the University of Trieste. From 1992 to 1997, Head of Accounting and Administration Control of Rizzani de Eccher S.p.A.. From 1997 to 2001, Administrative, Financial and Control Director of the Calligaris S.p.A. Group. From 2001 to 2004, Administrative, Financial and Control Director; Head of Human Resources, IT Systems and Logistics of the Raco S.p.A. Group. From 2004 to 2008, Administrative, Financial and Control Director; Head of Human Resources and IT Systems of the Lima Ito S.p.A. Group. He was managing director and director of several companies in Italy and abroad; he is member of Consiglio Direttivo Nord-Est dell'Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi (ANDAF). Since 2008, Administrative, Financial and Control Director of TBS Group.

Was born in Trieste on June 25th, 1954. Diploma in accounting and business and foreign language correspondent. From 1974 to 1987, she was an employee of the Università degli Studi di Trieste/Trieste University - in Human Resources for teaching staff. From 1987 to 1994, Personnel and General Business Manager of Sincrotrone Trieste S.C.p.A.. From 1997 to 1999, she worked as a consultant in administration and human resources. Since 1999, she has worked in various capacities for the TBS Group, and currently holds the position of Manager of General, Legal and Corporate Affairs for the Group.

Was born in Milan on 5th September 1955. Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico of Milan.
From 1983 to 2005 he progressively moved through the roles of Product Manager, Technical Manager, Marketing Manager and Development Manager at Remco Italia SpA - Cardioline® (which was later incorporated in et medical devices S.p.A.).
From 2005 to 2011 - operations manager at et medical devices S.p.A.
From 2011 joined TBS Group as Technical Operations Manager of Telemedicine and Telecare. He is also the CEO of the subsidiary Tesan S.p.A.

Was born in Turin, Italy, on 11 August 1946. He holds a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Turin.

He was commercial director of the following publishing houses: UTET (on behalf of which he directed and promoted the medical-scientific division), Einaudi and Garzanti. Over the years, he has acted as director in a number of companies in the graphic and publishing fields.

Since 2001, he has collaborated on a continuous basis with the Company, carrying out a number of activities in the marketing and public relations fields. He is a director of a number of companies of the Group.

Mr. Giusto was born in Reggio Calabria, Italy, on 4th February 1965. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pisa. From 1998 has held various positions in Clinical Engineering technical services area within the Group. Since 2010 he is a Technical Operations Corporate Manager of Medical Equipment & Devices Business Unit at TBS Group S.p.A. He collaborated in the drafting of some scientific publications and attended, as speaker, many conferences in Italy.

Was born in Trieste on August 5th, 1960. Graduate in Information Science. From 1986 to 2005, he was an employee of Insiel spa, holding several job titles in technology, business and marketing. He has managed many important projects, including the development of administrative solutions for Local Public Administrations, the Health Agency and the Chamber of Deputies. He also gained international experience in Argentina, Romania and the United States. From 2005 to 2007, he was the Director of Software Production for Insiel spa and served as a member of the company steering committee. At the end of 2007, he became a part of the ITAL TBS group, filling the position of Technical Director within the e-Health Italy Operating Management. Since September 2009, he has been the Systems and Information Solutions Director of the ITAL TBS group.

Mr. Salotto was born in Trieste, Italy, on 22 March 1967. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Trieste. Since 1992, he is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

In the past years he has held the role of statutory auditor and director of a number of companies. He has carried out a number of management, administration, accountancy, financial and corporate consultancy activities, specialising in extraordinary national and international transactions. Since 1992 to date, he has collaborated with TBS Group on a continuous basis, holding a number of posts, such as Director, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Administration and Financial Director, Business Development.

Since 2008, he is head of mergers, acquisitions and investor relations. He is a Director of TBS Group and in some of the other companies of the Group.

Was born in Padoa, Italy, on 29 August 1969. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Ferrara.

From 2000 to 2002, he was Head of Operations at the private care clinic Villa Berica of Vicenza. From 2002 to 2004, he was Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development of GE.DO.SAN., an operative holding company in the private healthcare sector.

From 2004 to 2005, he was a Head of Human Resources at the ULSS 17 of Veneto. From 2005, he is a Head of Human Resources, Organisation, Quality and Training of the Group. He is a director of a number of companies of the Group.
